“Refreshing Leaders through Restfully abiding in Christ” is the charter statement for Leadership Ministries. It is our hope that the volunteer, lay leaders of the congregation receive ministry as well. The Leadership Ministry Director works to balance the work of the ministries across the membership body such that each individual part does its proper work. We attempt to insure that each leader at least has the opportunity to attend one regular class per week without having to lead. Even the Pastors from time to time will attend discipleship or Sunday School classes as learners.
